JDC Challenge

The official Junior Darts Corporation grading routine. Originally a scoring system for the youth in JDC Academies; now used worldwide as a practice routine that exercises every area of the dartboard.

How it works

1
Shanghai 10–15
Three darts on each number. Score face value for any single, double, or triple. Hit a Shanghai (one single, one double, one triple on the same number, regardless of order) for a 100-point bonus.
2
Double Around the Clock
One dart at each double from D1 to D20, then one final dart at the bull. 50 points for every double you hit. The bull is worth 50 with a 50-point bonus on top (100 total).
3
Shanghai 15–20
Same rules as Part 1, on the higher numbers. The biggest points are here, so this is the part to focus on. (Yes, you play 15 in both Parts 1 and 3.)
